HOW TO KNOW WHEN IT'S TIME TO SAY GOODBYE?
Knowing when it’s time to say goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest decisions a pet owner will face. It’s important to focus on their quality of life, considering factors like chronic pain, difficulty breathing, inability to eat or drink, and loss of mobility. If your companion no longer enjoys their favourite activities or seems to be suffering despite treatment, it may be time to have an open conversation with your vet. As a mobile veterinary service, trust that we can provide compassionate guidance and an at-home evaluation to help you make the best decision for your pet and family. Remember, choosing to end their suffering is a final act of love and kindness.
The cost of in home euthanasia is $389 for cats and $449 for dogs, up to $499 for large dogs. We offer in- home euthanasia every day of the week but after hours or holiday fees may apply. Please contact us for more information.
AFTER CARE OPTIONS
We understand how important it is to honour your pet’s memory after they pass. We offer a range of aftercare options to suit your preferences. You may choose home burial for a private tribute, or cremation with the option to have your pet’s ashes lovingly returned to you. Whatever you decide, we are here to guide you with compassion and respect during this difficult time. The cost of cremation will depend on your pet's weight and the type of vessel if you wish to choose one. We can discuss this with you beforehand or at the time. Contact us for more details.
